$100-$1000 Challenge Part Deux
Persistance is the hallmark of a champion! Not sure if i just made that up but it sounds like some intelligent advice. So i've decided to come back for a 2nd attempt at a $100-$1000 Bankroll building challenge (A La: Boku87).
His remarkable feat from a couple years ago now, saw him turn $100-$10,000 in 10 days, playing just micro stakes SnG's on Poker Stars. Never playing higher than $16. Boku is a beast and even with my finishing target at 1/10th of his ridiculous feat, it will still prove to be a very tough challenge for myself.... Last time i attempted $200-$2000 in 20 days, Unfortunately, I never seemed to gain traction last time, struggling with the $1 (45) mans. My strong point is 8-10 tables at once and from what I remember of the last challenge, i was attempting to push my normal 8-10 table limit to 15 tables. Since it was $1 games, i figured i could get away with it but the fact was, it was just too many tables. I ended up finishing the challenege right where it started virtually so to say it was a failure would be an understatement. That's alright with me though, this time shall be different. This time it will be $100-$1000 in 15 days, I must never go broke or the challenge is over. It will start today the 22nd of June, and my "D Day" will be July 6th at midnight. Between a friends b-day, my neices graduation and many other places i have to be over the next 2 weeks, this may prove to be impossible or close to it but I simply can't wait for a period where I have nothing going on because lets face it , it's the summer and everyone is crazy busy.
